Still time to have your say on highway services

Residents are being reminded that there is still time to take part in Island Roads’ annual customer survey to feedback on the range of highway services being carried out on the Island.

The survey is part of a range of measures that Island Roads uses to assess its performance on services such as highway maintenance, road resurfacing, traffic management, winter services, street lighting, grass and verge cutting and customer services.

Island Roads Service Director Steve Ashman said: “Of all the measures that we use to assess our performance – this is of particular importance to us as it tells us how the local community view our services and support.  It helps us to understand what they feel works well and where we may need to improve our services.

“We really value every response and encourage people who haven’t already taken our survey to take a few minutes to complete it.”

The survey link can be found on the homepage of Island Roads’ website www.islandroads.com or via the survey direct link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/IslandRoads2025

The survey opened on Monday 1 September 2025 and closes at midnight on Tuesday 30 September 2025.
