Most highways enquiries and faults can be reported through the ‘Report it online’ page, however there are a number of forms that need to be downloaded and completed as they require specific, more detailed information.

A minimum of 10 working days prior to your application start date is required for processing and a decision on the request to be made / the licence issued authorising the activity
