There is still time to take part in the latest customer survey Island Roads is undertaking to gather residents’ views on the services it provides.

Island Roads is seeking feedback on all its services but is particularly keen to hear the public’s views on its summer season activities.

The survey was launched last month and residents have until Friday October 18 to register their views. The survey can be accessed online via https://islandroads.com/home/customer-survey-2024/

Paper copies of the survey, including large print versions, are available on request by emailing info@islandroads.com or calling (01983) 822440.

An Island Roads spokesperson said: “We have had a good response so far but naturally the more people who complete the survey, the better picture we get about how our services are perceived.

“Hearing people’s views helps us see where we are getting things right and also identify areas in which we need to improve.

“It will be interesting to compare the findings of this survey which is carried out during a period of particularly intense activity with the feedback received in the winter.”
